Miss Grand breaks from Miss Eco International after controversy during finals

The Thailand-based Miss Grand International is severing its ties with the Miss Eco International pageant, saying it will no longer send representatives to said beauty competition following a yet-unaddressed issue of controversy during the recently held finals night in Egypt. In a statement coursed through the social media of Miss Grand Thailand, the management led by businessman Nawat Itsiragrisil announced the termination of contract between the two pageant organizations, citing several “concerns regarding the organization’s management standards.” “In addition, the company (MGI) will cease all cooperation with the organization and will no longer accept contestants affiliated with the said organization […]…
