Portland’s sunny, warm Thursday includes slight chance of thunderstorm by evening

Much of western Oregon is sitting in between a few weather patterns Thursday: weak ridging nosing in from the eastern Pacific, a closed low over California, and another low south of Alaska that will shape the weather over the next 24 hours or so.
