Rappler Talk: Joel Chua on proving Sara Duterte’s guilt before impeachment court

MANILA, Philippines – Manila 3rd District Representative Joel Chua, one of the first critics of Vice President Sara Duterte in Congress, is now among the 11 prosecutors tasked to defend the articles of impeachment against her before the impeachment court.

Chua, who was previously assigned to lead the impeachment article connected with the alleged bribery committed by the Vice President, is now tasked to lead the team on the impeachment article related to her supposed misuse of confidential funds.
