Readers respond: Sacrifice one university to save the rest

In the last year, Oregon leaders energetically identified funding streams for a Major League Baseball stadium and remodeling the Moda Center. I’m disheartened they lack the same enthusiasm for supporting Oregon universities. As a result, both Portland State and Southern Oregon University are drastically cutting budgets and dismantling whole departments.
