أطباء: مصرع (67) شخصًا في انهيار منجم بغرب كردفان

النهود، 16 سبتمبر 2026 – قال أطباء، الأربعاء، إن ما لا يقل عن 67 شخصاً لقوا حتفهم إثر انهيار منجم للتعدين عن الذهب بولاية غرب كردفان. وتكررت مؤخراً حوادث انهيار آبار التنقيب عن الذهب في ولايات شمال وشرق السودان آخرها في يوليو المنصرم حين قتل نحو 15 معدناً إثر انهيار منجماً في الولاية الشمالية.  وقالت شبكة أطباء السودان في بيان إن “أكثر من 67 شخصا لقوا مصرعهم إثر انهيار منجم الزرع قرب مدينة النهود في ولاية غرب كردفان التي تخضع لسيطرة الدعم السريع أمس”. وأشار إلى أن عمليات البحث مستمرة عن ناجين أو عالقين تحت الأنقاض، وسط مخاوف من ارتفاع حصيلة الضحايا، في ظل افتقار المنجم لأبسط متطلبات السلامة والحماية اللازمة للعاملين في مواقع التعدين. ونددت الشبكة بالإهمال الذي عرض حياة العاملين في التعدين للخطر، وأكدت أن التعدين في مناطق سيطرة الدعم السريع مع غياب اشتراطات السلامة ووسائل الحماية والإنقاذ في مناطق التعدين يحول العمل إلى مخاطرة مباشرة بحياة المدنيين، داعيةً إلى مواصلة عمليات البحث والإنقاذ وتوفير الإمكانات الطبية واللوجستية اللازمة للتعامل مع آثار الكارثة. وطالب البيان الجهات المسيطرة على المنطقة بتحمل مسؤولياتها تجاه حماية المدنيين والعاملين، ووقف نشاط التعدين العشوائي لمنع تكرار مثل هذه الحوادث التي تحصد أرواح العاملين في ظروف تفتقر إلى أبسط مقومات الحماية والسلامة. وقالت مصادر …
