أمين الأسرة بحزب الإصلاح والنهضة تحذر من تجاهل الآثار النفسية لقانون الأحوال الشخصية

حذرت مستشارو حزب الإصلاح والنهضة من تجاهل الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية عند إصلاح قانون الأحوال الشخصية.
أكدت التحيوي ضرورة إعداد دراسة متكاملة للأثر التشريعي للقانون الحالي قبل البدء في صياغة تشريعات جديدة.
طالبت بمراعاة مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية والدستور المصري لضمان التوازن بين حقوق أطراف الأسرة ومصلحة الطفل.
طرحت مقترحاً لمراجعة سن الحضانة بناءً على دراسات علمية وفقهية لضمان حماية الأطفال وتلبية احتياجاتهم.

شاركت الدكتورة رحاب التحيوي، مستشار حزب الإصلاح والنهضة للتواصل السياسي وأمين شؤون الأسرة المصرية والمجتمع، في المائدة المستديرة التي نظمها حزب العدل تحت عنوان «قانون الأحوال الشخصية…
