«أنثروبيك» تمهّد لطرح عام قد يصل إلى 100 مليار دولار

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

قدمت شركة أنثروبيك مستندات تمهيداً لطرح أسهمها للاكتتاب العام الأول في عملية قد تصل حصيلتها إلى 100 مليار دولار.
قد يتجاوز هذا الطرح الرقم القياسي لشركة سبيس إكس ويمنح الشركة السبق على منافستها أوبن إيه آي.
سجلت الشركة صافي خسارة قدره 80.7 مليار دولار خلال النصف الأول من عام 2026 بسبب تكاليف تطوير وتشغيل الأنظمة.
أدرجت الشركة في مستنداتها التنظيمية مخاطر وجودية للذكاء الاصطناعي ومخاطر تتعلق بالموظفين والعقبات التنظيمية وتأمين القدرة الحاسوبية.

خطت شركة «أنثروبيك» المتخصصة في الذكاء الاصطناعي، خطوة نحو دخول الأسواق المالية، بعدما قدمت، الاثنين، مستندات تمهيداً لطرح أسهمها للاكتتاب العام للمرة الأولى.
