أيمن عباس: نجاح الأبناء في إدارة ثروات العائلات ليس أمرًا مضمونًا

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

لا يضمن انتقال الثروة بين الأجيال بالضرورة نجاح الأبناء في إدارة أعمال العائلة أو مواصلة مسيرة الآباء.
يتطلب استمرار نجاح الشركات العائلية إعداداً حقيقياً للأجيال التالية وعدم الاعتماد على اسم العائلة أو الثروة المتوارثة.
أكد أيمن عباس على أهمية وجود آليات مؤسسية واضحة لإدارة الشركات والحفاظ على الثروة لضمان استدامة الأعمال.

السيد ياسين_ قال أيمن عباس، رئيس مجلس الإدارة التنفيذي لمجموعة إنترو القابضة، إن انتقال الثروة بين الأجيال لا يضمن بالضرورة نجاح الأبناء في إدارة أعمال العائلة أو مواصلة مسيرة الآباء، موضحًا أن نجاح الجيل المؤسس في بناء الشركات وتكوين الثروات لا يعني تلقائيًا امتلاك الأجيال التالية القدرة على تحقيق النتائج نفسها.
