إسلام عزام: إدراج بنك القاهرة يضيف نحو 80.8 مليار جنيه إلى رأس المال السوقي للبورصة

يضيف إدراج بنك القاهرة نحو 80.8 مليار جنيه إلى رأس المال السوقي للبورصة المصرية.
يتمم طرح أسهم البنك بعد نحو 9 سنوات من القيد المؤقت لأسهمه.
بلغت نسبة الأسهم المطروحة 45% من إجمالي رأس مال البنك بقيمة 36.4 مليار جنيه.
بلغت القيمة السوقية للبنك 80.8 مليار جنيه وهو ما يعادل قرابة 2.1% من إجمالي رأس المال السوقي للبورصة.

السيد ياسين _ قال الدكتور إسلام عزام، رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية، إن طرح بنك القاهرة بالبورصة المصرية يمثل خطوة مهمة في مسيرة تطوير سوق رأس المال المصري، ودعم برنامج الطروحات الحكومية، الذي يستهدف تعزيز كفاءة إدارة أصول الدولة وتوسيع قاعدة الملكية وجذب الاستثمارات.
