إفريقيا تطلق بنكا للطاقة برأس مال 5 مليارات دولار

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أطلق البنك الإفريقي للتصدير والاستيراد ومنظمة الدول الإفريقية المنتجة للنفط بنكاً للطاقة برأس مال 5 مليارات دولار.
تم تعيين المصري حلمي غازي رئيساً للبنك وتشكيل مجلس إدارة يضم ممثلين عن القطاعين العام والخاص.
يهدف البنك إلى زيادة الاستثمارات في قطاع الطاقة الإفريقي لتلبية احتياجات تقدر بنحو 200 مليار دولار.
سيمول البنك مشاريع استخراج النفط والغاز وتوليد الكهرباء والبنية التحتية وتطوير تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

أعلن البنك الإفريقي للطاقة خلال الاجتماع العام الأول لمساهميه الذي عُقد في العاصمة النيجيرية أبوجا عن بدء عمله برأس مال قانوني يبلغ 5 مليارات دولار.
