إصدار مذكرة توقيف بحق حاكم مصرف لبنان السابق رياض سلامة في جرائم مالية

أصدر قاض لبناني اليوم الاثنين مذكرة توقيف بحق حاكم مصرف لبنان السابق رياض سلامة تتعلق بجرائم مالية ونقدية.

وفق “الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام” اليوم، “ادعى النائب العام الاستئنافي في بيروت القاضي رجا حاموش، على حاكم مصرف لبنان السابق ورئيس مجلس إدارة بنك عوده سمير حنا، في ملف يتصل بجرائم مالية ونقدية، وأحالهما مع الملف على قاضي التحقيق الأول في بيروت رولا عثمان”.

اتهام حاكم مصرف لبنان السابق رياض سلامة باختلاس 44.8 مليون دولار

وأفادت الوكالة بأن حاموش نسب إلى سلامة وحنا جرائم تتعلق بتأسيس شركات وهمية، والاستيلاء على أموال تعود إلى مصرف لبنان، واستخدام هذه الأموال في شراء أسهم وسندات من المصارف التجارية بطرق احتيالية، إضافة إلى الإثراء غير المشروع وتبييض الأموال والرشوة.

وطلب النائب العام الاستئنافي إصدار مذكرة توقيف وجاهية بحق رياض سلامة، على أن تتم مراجعة النيابة العامة بعد استجواب سمير حنا لإبداء مطالبها في ضوء نتائج التحقيق.
