إطلاق “صندوق أصول وبخيت أشاد لتطوير فندق الحمراء” بـ718 مليون ريال

أعلنت شركة أصول وبخيت الاستثمارية عن إطلاق وتشغيل (صندوق أصول وبخيت أشاد لتطوير فندق الحمراء)، وهو صندوق استثمار عقاري خاص مغلق بحجم استثمار مستهدف يبلغ 713 مليون ريال (شاملة التمويل البنكي).

وذكرت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أن الصندوق يهدف إلى الاستحواذ على أرض في مدينة الخبر لغرض تطويرها إنشائياً كمشروع فندقي فاخر للاستفادة من الفرص الواعدة التي يشهدها القطاع السياحي في المملكة العربية السعودية.

وتوقعت “أصول وبخيت الاستثمارية” بصفتها مدير للصندوق أن يكون لتشغيله أثر مالي إيجابي على الشركة خلال العام 2026م يتجاوز 5% من إيرادات الشركة في عام 2025م، من خلال تحصيل رسوم الترتيب خلال هذا العام 2026، بالإضافة إلى رسوم إدارة الصندوق طيلة فترته التي تبلغ 5 سنوات قابلة للتمديد فترتين إضافيتين بواقع سنة واحدة لكل منهما.
