  • تحول منتدى روسيا أفريقيا إلى منظومة دائمة تشمل تعاونا اقتصاديا وإنسانيا وإعلاميا بدلا من كونه فعالية بروتوكولية.
  • تسعى روسيا من خلال الشراكة مع أفريقيا لتحقيق أهداف سياسية واقتصادية واستراتيجية وتأمين أسواق بديلة للقمح والسلاح والطاقة.
  • تضمنت نتائج القمة توقيع اتفاقيات في قطاعات حيوية، وإلغاء التأشيرات المتبادلة، وتوفير دعم أمني وتقنيات نووية وتدريب عسكري للدول الأفريقية.
  • حققت مصر مكاسب استراتيجية واقتصادية من الشراكة عبر مشاريع نووية، واستثمارات في منطقة قناة السويس، وتأمين إمدادات القمح.

مع ختام القمة الروسية الأفريقية الثالثة في موسكو الذي عقد في 29 أكتوبر الماضي تحت شعار من أجل السلام والأمن والتنمية ، بمشاركة 48 دولة أفريقية بينهم 22 رئيس دولة
