ارتفاع مبيعات المنازل الكندية بشكل طفيف للشهر الثالث على التوالي

ارتفعت مبيعات المنازل الكندية بشكل طفيف للشهر الثالث على التوالي في (يونيو/حزيران)، بينما قلصت “جمعية العقارات الكندية” توقعاتها لعام 2026 لحساب النصف الأول الضعيف من العام.

وطبقاً لبيانات صادرة اليوم الأربعاء عن الجمعية، فقد زاد عدد المعاملات التجارية على الصعيد الوطني بنسبة 0.5% من (مايو/أيار)، وذلك استمراراً للزيادات في الشهرين السابقين.

أسعار النفط ترتفع مع تصاعد الأعمال القتالية بين أميركا وإيران

وشهد السوق تراجعاً بنسبة 1.3% في القوائم الجديدة، حسب وكالة “بلومبرغ” للأنباء اليوم الأربعاء.

وتتوقع الجمعية الآن تراجعاً بنسبة 1.4% في المبيعات هذا العام، مقارنة بعام 2025، وهو تراجع عن زيادة طفيفة توقعتها لشهر (أبريل/نيسان) الماضي.

وأضافت أن ذلك يعكس بداية ضعيفة للعام، بما في ذلك تأثير ارتفاع في أواخر (مارس/آذار) في أسعار الفائدة الثابتة على الرهن العقاري ذات الصلة بمخاوف التضخم ونمو السكان السلبي في بعض الأجزاء من البلاد.
