ارتفاع نسبة الملفات المرفوضة في تشريعيات 2 جويلية..سلطة الانتخابات تنهي الجدل

كشف رئيس السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات بالنيابة، كريم خلفان، عن سبب ارتفاع نسبة الملفات المرفوضة في تشريعيات 2 جويلية المقبلة. والتي قدرت بنحو 30 بالمائة من إجمالي القوائم المودعة.

وأوضح خلفان في تصريح للإذاعة الجزائرية، أن الأمر راجع إلى عدم استيعاب بعض التشكيلات السياسية والمترشحين الأحرار للأحكام الجديدة التي جاء بها القانون العضوي للانتخابات. كاشفا أن عددًا من القوائم المترشحة في هذه التشريعيات لم يستوفِ الشروط. المنصوص عليها في المادة 200 من القانون العضوي للانتخابات. والتي تلزم القوائم الانتخابية باحترام مبدأ التمثيل المخصص للنساء، والمحدد بنسبة الثلث. وتخصيص نسبة معتبرة للشباب دون سن الأربعين. إلى جانب ضمان تمثيل حاملي الشهادات الجامعية ضمن المترشحين. فضلًا عن التقيد بباقي الشروط القانونية المتعلقة بالأهلية والترشح.

وضمن هذا السياق، أكد أن عدم احترام هذه المعايير كان من أبرز أسباب رفض عدد من القوائم خلال مرحلة دراسة الملفات. مشيرًا إلى أن السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات  تحرص من خلال هذه الإجراءات، على ضمان تنظيم انتخابات تشريعية تستجيب لمقتضيات القانون وتكرس مبادئ الشفافية. وتكافؤ الفرص بين مختلف المترشحين.
