  • تبلغ المساحة الإجمالية للمشروعات المخصصة 96.1 ألف متر مربع تقريبًا بقيمة استثمارية تقدر بحوالي 7.11 مليار جنيه.
  • تتضمن المشروعات إنشاء 172 غرفة فندقية ووحدات إقامة، ومنطقة ألعاب مائية، ومولات، ومحال تجارية، ومكاتب إدارية، وخدمات سياحية.
  • يتم تنفيذ المشروعات المذكورة خلال مدة زمنية لا تتجاوز العامين لدعم الاستثمار السياحي وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة.
