الأغواط: توقيف شخصين وحجز 17400 قرص مهلوس

تمكن عناصر فرقة مكافحة الإتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية بالمصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بأمن ولاية الأغواط. بالتنسيق مع الفرقة الجهوية المتخصصة في مكافحة التهريب للجمارك بالأغواط، بحر الأسبوع الجاري. من توقيف شخصين تترواح أعمارهما بين 29 و67 سنة، لتورطهما في حيازة 17400 كبسولة مؤثر عقلي قصد البيع.

العملية جاءت على إثر تلقي عناصر ذات الفرقة لمعلومات مفادها، اعتزام المشتبه فيهما تمرير كمية من المؤثرات العقلية عبر قطاع الاختصاص. ليتم فور ذلك نصب حاجز أمني مشترك بمعية الفرقة الجمركية السالف ذكرها. أفضى إلى توقيف المشتبه فيهما على متن مركبتين سياحيتين. أين تمّ حجز بداخل إحداهما كمية من المؤثرات العقلية قدرة بـ 17400 كبسولة مؤثر عقلي بعد عملية التفتيش الدقيقة.

بعد استيفاء إجراءات التحقيق، قُدم المشتبه فيهما أمام النيابة المحلية المختصة إقليميا عن قضية حيازة وتخزين ونقل المؤثرات العقلية بطريقة غير مشروعة قصد البيع. في إطار جماعة إجرامية منظمة، التهريب باستعمال وسيلة نقل على أعلى درجة من الخطورة تهدد الاقتصاد الوطني و الصحة العمومية.
