الأهلي المصري يمنح «مباني إدريس» تمويلًا بقيمة 975 مليون جنيه لمشروع KOUN

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

وقع البنك الأهلي المصري عقد تمويل متوسط الأجل بقيمة 975 مليون جنيه مع شركة مباني للاستثمار العقاري.
يخصص التمويل لتغطية جزء من التكاليف الاستثمارية لمشروع KOUN بمنطقة رأس الحكمة.
يتم تطوير المشروع بنظام المشاركة بين شركة مباني وشركة برايم سمارت.
يستمر التمويل المخصص للمشروع لمدة خمس سنوات لدعم خطط التوسع والنمو.
