«الإسكان» تستهدف تنفيذ 100 ألف وحدة بالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص

  • تستهدف وزارة الإسكان تنفيذ 100 ألف وحدة سكنية جديدة بالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص ضمن المرحلة الثانية من برنامج الإسكان.
  • تستهدف الوزارة زيادة مشاركة المطورين العقاريين في تنفيذ مشروعات الإسكان الموجهة لمحدودي ومتوسطي الدخل.
  • تتضمن المرحلة الأولى تنفيذ 20 ألف وحدة سكنية في 8 مدن جديدة على مساحة 400 فدان.
  • يوفر نموذج الشراكة الجديد وحدات سكنية كاملة التشطيب مع إتاحة التمويل العقاري للمستفيدين لفترة سداد تصل إلى 20 عاما.
