الإطاحة بشبكة إجرامية تمارس أنشطة ألعاب القمار دون ترخيص

تمكنت مصلحة مكافحة الجرائم الاقتصادية والمالية التابعة للمصلحة المركزية العملياتية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة للدرك الوطني، من الإطاحة بعناصر شبكة إجرامية دولية تقوم بممارسة أنشطة ألعاب القمار والرهان واليانصيب الالكترونية دون ترخيص.

وحسب بيان لذات المصلحة، تقوم الشبكة، بتحويل الأرباح من العملة الوطنية إلى العملة الرقمية بطريقة غير شرعية. ثم إرسالها نحو دول أجنبية. مع تبييض الأموال المتحصل عليها تحت غطاء نشاطات مهنية مقيدة في السجل التجاري لغرض التمويه.

ومكنت العملية من توقيف 9 أشخاص، وحجز مبلغ مالي بالعملة الوطنية يقدر بـ 103 مليون سنتيم ومبلغ مالي بالعملة الصعبة قدر بـ2515 أورو 3 سيارات سياحية.

بالإضافة إلى وسائل وتجهيزات إلكترونية كانت تستخدم في عمليات شحن تحويل وتعبئة أرصدة المراهنين. فضلا عن 199 بطاقة شحن العملات رقمية محضورة أنجزت بطريقة غير شرعية.
