الإفتاء تحسم الجدل حول اتفاق الزوجين على كون مُقدّم الصداق ومؤخَّره بـ «عُملة رقمية»

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أعلنت دار الإفتاء المصرية عدم جواز اتفاق الزوجين على أن يكون مقدم الصداق أو مؤخره بعملة رقمية مشفرة.
  • يعد هذا الاتفاق باطلاً شرعاً بسبب الغرر والمخاطر وعدم استقرار قيمة العملات الرقمية في التعاملات المالية.
  • لا يؤثر بطلان تسمية المهر بالعملة الرقمية على صحة عقد النكاح.
  • يُستحق للزوجة مهر المثل في حال عدم استقرار قيمة المهر المتفق عليه صوناً لحقوقها المالية.
