الاكتتاب بطرح “إس كيه” لشهادات إيداع أميركية يتجاوز المعروض عدة مرات

شهد الطرح الأولي لشهادات الإيداع الأميركية لشركة “إس كيه هاينكس” طلبًا تجاوز المعروض عدة مرات، قبل تسعير الاكتتاب المقرر غداً الخميس.

ويبلغ حجم الطرح نحو 28 مليار دولار، وقد استقطب اهتماما قويا من صناديق الاستثمار العالمية والمستثمرين المتخصصين في قطاع التكنولوجيا.

وتسوق الشركة الكورية الجنوبية لبيع 178 مليون شهادة إيداع أميركية ADR وهو ما يعادل نحو 2.5% من قيمتها السوقية.

ويأتي الطرح -الذي يُتوقع أن يصبح الأكبر لشركة أجنبية في السوق الأميركية- بعدما قفزت أسهم الشركة المدرجة في سيول بنحو 260% منذ بداية العام، لترتفع قيمتها السوقية إلى أكثر من تريليون دولار.

ومن المتوقع تسعير الطرح في نيويورك غداً الخميس، على أن تبدأ شهادات الإيداع التداول في بورصة ناسداك يوم الجمعة.
