البنك الأهلي يضخ 975 مليون جنيه لتمويل مشروع «KOUN» برأس الحكمة لمباني إدريس

وقع البنك الأهلي المصري عقد تمويل متوسط الأجل بقيمة 975 مليون جنيه لشركة مباني للاستثمار العقاري.
يخصص التمويل لتغطية جزء من التكاليف الاستثمارية لمشروع كوون بمنطقة رأس الحكمة.
يمتد التمويل المخصص للمشروع لفترة زمنية تبلغ خمس سنوات.
يأتي هذا التعاون ضمن استراتيجية البنك لدعم المشروعات الاستثمارية وتعزيز دور القطاع المصرفي في الاقتصاد.

وقّع البنك الأهلي المصري عقد تمويل متوسط الأجل بقيمة 975 مليون جنيه مع شركة مباني للاستثمار العقاري «مباني إدريس»، للمساهمة في تمويل جانب من التكاليف الاستثمارية لمشروع «KOUN» بمنطقة رأس الحكمة، والذي يتم تطويره بنظام المشاركة مع شركة برايم سمارت. وأكد محمد الأتربي، الرئيس التنفيذي للبنك الأهلي المصري، أن تمويل المشروع يأتي في إطار استراتيجية.
