البنك المركزي: إلزام البنوك بتقديم تقارير ربع سنوية عن أداء الوكلاء المصرفيين

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

ألزَم البنك المركزي المصري البنوك بتقديم تقارير ربع سنوية تتضمن بيانات تفصيلية عن نشاط الوكلاء المصرفيين.
يجب أن تشمل التقارير معلومات عن توزيع الوكلاء جغرافياً، وعدد المعاملات حسب نوع الخدمة والشرائح العمرية والجنس.
تتضمن التقارير بيانات حول منافذ الوكلاء العاملة والمغلقة، وأيام توقف الخدمة، ومتوسط مدة توقف الأنظمة الإلكترونية.
يلتزم البنوك بالإفصاح عن عدد شكاوى العملاء، وحجم عمليات الاحتيال أو النصب أو اختراق البيانات والإجراءات المتخذة بشأنها.

يارا الجنايني- ألزم البنك المركزي المصري البنوك بتقديم تقرير ربع سنوي إلى قطاع الشمول المالي بالبنك المركزي، يتضمن بيانات تفصيلية عن نشاط الوكلاء المصرفيين، على أن يشمل التقرير كحد أدنى 7 مؤشرات رئيسية.
