الحلبوسي يطالب الزيدي بإرسال قانون رواتب جديد إلى البرلمان

طلب رئيس مجلس النواب محمود الحلبوسي، يوم الاثنين، من رئيس مجلس الوزراء علي فالح الزيدي إرسال مشروع قانون رواتب موظفي الدولة والقطاع العام إلى مجلس النواب، بهدف معالجة الفجوة بين رواتب القطاعين العام والخاص، في ظل ارتفاع الضغوط المعيشية وتزايد معدلات التضخم.

وقال الحلبوسي، في كتاب رسمي تابعته (المدى)، إن قانون رواتب موظفي الدولة والقطاع العام رقم (22) لسنة 2008، وقرار سلم الرواتب رقم (400) لسنة 2015، لم يشهدا التعديلات المطلوبة منذ سنوات، رغم المتغيرات الاقتصادية وارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة.

وأضاف أن استمرار العمل بالتشريعات الحالية دون تحديث ينعكس سلباً على الاستقرار الوظيفي والاجتماعي، مشدداً على أهمية إرسال مشروع قانون جديد أو تعديل القانون النافذ بما يحقق العدالة بين شرائح المجتمع المختلفة، ويعزز مبدأ المساواة في الأجور.

وأشار الكتاب إلى أن إعادة النظر بسلم الرواتب باتت ضرورة ملحة في ظل التطورات الاقتصادية التي تشهدها البلاد، وما يرافقها من تحديات معيشية تؤثر بشكل مباشر على شريحة واسعة من موظفي الدولة.
