الدولار يتجاوز 55 جنيهًا، هل ترتفع أسعار العقارات مجددًا؟ حسانين: زيادة الـ10% تشعل مخاوف المطورين

أدى تجاوز سعر الدولار حاجز 55 جنيهاً إلى إثارة مخاوف المطورين العقاريين من ارتفاع تكاليف البناء والتشطيب.
تؤدي تقلبات سعر الصرف بنسبة 10% إلى دفع المطورين لإعادة حساب أسعار الوحدات بناءً على توقعات التضخم.
تتأثر الوحدات السكنية والتجارية والإدارية بارتفاع أسعار مواد البناء مثل الحديد الذي وصل سعره إلى 40 ألف جنيه للطن.
تتفاوت استجابة الشركات لارتفاع التكاليف بين إعادة تسعير الوحدات أو تقديم خصومات وأنظمة سداد ممتدة للحفاظ على المبيعات.
