«الرقابة المالية» تلزم مؤسسات القطاع غير المصرفي بتحديث بيانات العملاء والتحقق من الهوية لمكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أصدرت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية كتابا دوريا يلزم مؤسسات القطاع المالي غير المصرفي بتحديث نماذج التعرف على العملاء والتحقق من الهوية.
  • تتضمن التحديثات مراعاة الفئات المستحقة للرعاية الخاصة مثل ذوي الهمم والأميين وكبار السن لضمان سهولة استخدام النماذج.
  • يجب على المؤسسات تحديث أدلة السياسات والإجراءات ونظم الضبط الداخلي وإرسالها مرفقة بالتقرير الدوري السنوي في موعد أقصاه 31 يناير 2027.
  • يهدف القرار إلى تعزيز كفاءة ضوابط مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب وتيسير المعاملات وضمان موثوقية البيانات في الأنشطة المالية غير المصرفية.

أصدر الدكتور إسلام عزام، رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية، كتابًا دوريًا يلزم مؤسسات القطاع المالي غير المصرفي بتحديث نماذج التعرف على العملاء والتحقق من الهوية، على ضوء النسخة المحدثة من “إجراءات العماية الواجبة بعملاء المؤسسات المالية الخاضعة لرقابة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية” والصادرة عن وحدة
