الزيدي وروبيو يتفقان على تفكيك الميليشيات.. ومنع الهجمات من العراق

بالتزامن مع الإعلان عن تفاهمات جديدة لحصر السلاح في العراق، اتفق رئيس الوزراء العراقي علي الزيدي، ووزير الخارجية الأميركي ماركو روبيو، الاثنين، على أهمية تفكيك الميليشيات ومنع شن هجمات انطلاقاً من الأراضي العراقية.

هذا وقالت وزارة الخارجية الأميركية في بيان، إن روبيو والزيدي ناقشا مستقبل الشراكة بين البلدين، واتفقا على أهمية قيام العراق “بتفكيك الميليشيات الإرهابية”، وممارسة سيادته بشكل كامل.

أتى اللقاء في وقت تتجه فيه بغداد إلى استكمال انسحاب القوات الأميركية من العراق، أواخر الشهر الجاري، بالتزامن مع تحركات لحصر سلاح الفصائل المسلحة بيد الدولة.

تفاهمات جديدة لحصر السلاح

تزامن اللقاء مع الإعلان عن تفاهمات جديدة لحصر سلاح الفصائل المسلحة بيد الدولة، إذ قالت مصادر لـ”العربية/الحدث” إن التفاهمات تتضمن بدء تسليم الأسلحة الاستراتيجية للحكومة اعتباراً من مارس 2027، على أن ينتهي ملف حصر السلاح بحلول يونيو من العام نفسه.

وبحسب المصادر، تتضمن التفاهمات أيضاً دمج ألوية الفصائل داخل هيئة الحشد الشعبي بعد اكتمال الانسحاب الأميركي، مع تعهد الفصائل بوقف أي نشاط عسكري مخالف للدولة العراقية.

بدوره، شدد الزيدي على أن عملية حصر السلاح ستبدأ بفترة مدتها 90 يوماً لا تشن خلالها الفصائل هجمات، مع ضمان عدم تعرضها لهجمات أميركية، قبل بدء تسليم الأسلحة، على أن تنتهي العملية في 30 يونيو 2027، بحسب مقابلة مع “نيويورك تايمز”.

يذكر أن رئيس الوزراء العراقي تعهد منذ تسلمه منصبه في مايو الماضي، بحصر سلاح الفصائل في يد الدولة. وباشر بالفعل محادثاته مع عدد من الفصائل من أجل تسليم سلاحها. وقد سلمت 3 من كبرى الفصائل المسلحة في البلاد، وهي “سرايا السلام” بزعامة مقتدى الصدر، و”عصائب أهل الحق”، و”كتائب الإمام علي” بزعامة شبل الزيدي، قبل فترة، سلاحها للدولة وأعلنت الانخراط في العمل المدني.

فيما تتواصل المشاورات مع 5 فصائل مسلحة وهي “حركة النجباء، وكتائب سيد الشهداء، وكتائب حزب الله العراقي، وسرايا أولياء الدم، وأصحاب الكهف” لتسليم سلاحها.
