الزيدي يدعو الكفاءات المسيحية في الخارج للاستثمار والتنمية بالعراق

بغداد/المدىدعا رئيس الوزراء علي الزيدي، يوم الثلاثاء، رجال الأعمال المسيحيين في الخارج للعودة إلى العراق والمساهمة في التنمية.

وقال مكتبه الاعلامي، في بيان ، إن الزيدي أجرى اليوم، زيارة إلى كنيسة مار يوسف في منطقة المنصور بالعاصمة بغداد، حيث التقى غبطة البطريرك يونان الثالث نونا.

وقدم الزيدي خلال الزيارة التهنئة للبطريرك بمناسبة نيله ثقة البابا واعتلائه السدة البطريركية للكنيسة الكلدانية في العراق والعالم، مؤكداً العمل على ترسيخ النسيج الوطني العراقي وتعزيز التعايش بين مكوناته.

وأكد الزيدي، أن المسيحيين مكوّن أصيل من مكونات الشعب العراقي، داعياً رجال الأعمال من أبناء هذا المكوّن المقيمين في الخارج إلى العودة إلى العراق والمساهمة في مشاريع الاقتصاد والتنمية والبناء.

من جانبه، بارك البطريرك للزيدي نيله ثقة مجلس النواب وتشكيل الحكومة، متمنياً له النجاح في أداء مهامه.
