نصت المادة 388 من قانون العقوبات رقم 58 لسنة 1937، المعدلة بالقانون رقم 141 لسنة 2021، على معاقبة كل من يستغل احتياج أو ضعف أو هوى نفس شخص لم يبلغ الحادية والعشرين من عمره..
