السعودية: تطبيق مبادرة ساعات العمل المرنة لـ50 جهة عمل بالرياض

أعلنت الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض بالتعاون مع وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية السعودية بدء تطبيق مبادرة ساعات العمل المرنة، بواقع 4 ساعات مرنة تطبق على أكثر من 50 جهة حكومية في 6 مناطق عمل، إذ تشمل: مركز الملك عبدالله المالي “كافد” – ليسن فالي – واجهة روشن – غرناطة بزنيس – المدينة الرقمية – حي السفارات”.

وتحقق المبادرة انسيابية الحركة المرورية، ورفع كفاءة التنقل اليومي، فضلاً عن تحسين جودة الحياة اليومية، وتعزيز مرونة أوقات الحضور، في حين تُمكن المبادرة من توزيع أوقات الحضور لتصبح الجهات الخاضعة لنظام الخدمة المدنية من 5:30 -إلى 9:30 صباحاً، أما الجهات الحكومية الخاضعة لنظام العمل من 7 حتى 11 صباحاً، في حين تلتزم الجهات الحكومية المتواجدة في المناطق المحددة بتطبيق المبادرة.
