السلاموني: الاستعداد المبكر لموسم توريد الأقماح لتفادي المعوقات التي واجهت المطاحن خلال الموسم الماضي

تقدمت غرفة صناعة الحبوب بمذكرة لوزير التموين لتدارك معوقات موسم توريد الأقماح لعام 2026.
تستهدف المذكرة الاستعداد المبكر لموسم 2027 عبر التوسع في استخدام الصوامع المتطورة والحد من الهدر.
طالبت الغرفة باستبعاد الشون الترابية من خطة التوريد القادمة لحماية المحصول من الأمطار والحشرات والشوائب.
دعت الغرفة بقصر استلام الأقماح على الجهات التسويقية المتطورة لضمان جودة المنتج النهائي وحماية المال العام.

أكد عبد الغفار السلاموني، نائب رئيس غرفة صناعة الحبوب باتحاد الصناعات المصرية، أن سلعة القمح بمصر تعد ركيزة أساسية للأمن الغذائي..
