الطلاق في السنوات الثلاث الأولى… كيف يعيد مشروع قانون الأسرة الجديد تنظيم الانفصال في مصر؟

  • يتضمن مشروع قانون الأسرة الجديد إجراءات خاصة للطلاق خلال السنوات الثلاث الأولى من الزواج تهدف إلى إتاحة فرص للصلح.
  • يستوجب الزوج الراغب في الطلاق قبل مرور ثلاث سنوات التقدم بطلب لرئيس محكمة الأسرة المختصة لبدء إجراءات الإصلاح.
