“العزل الخليجية” التابعة لـ”صناعات” تعتزم طرح أسهمها بالسوق السعودية

تعلن شركة صناعات البناء المتقدمة "صناعات" عن تقديم إحدى شركاتها التابعة "مجموعة العزل الخليجية" طلباً إلى هيئة السوق المالية السعودية لتسجيل أسهمها وطرح جزء من تلك الأسهم للاكتتاب العام، وطلباً إلى شركة تداول السعودية لإدراج أسهمها في السوق الرئيسية.

وأفادت "صناعات" في بيان على "تداول السعودية" اليوم الأحد أن عملية الطرح تخضع للإجراءات والمتطلبات النظامية، بما في ذلك -على سبيل المثال- الحصول على موافقة الهيئة على تسجيل وطرح الأسهم وموافقة تداول على إدراج تلك الأسهم، علاوة على استكمال كافة المتطلبات والإجراءات والموافقات ذات الصلة بالطرح.

وأكدت الشركة أنها ستعلن لاحقاً عن أي تطورات جوهرية في حينه.
