المشدد 5 سنوات في إعادة إجراءات محاكمة متهم بقضية أنصار بيت المقدس

قضت الدائرة الأولى إرهاب بمجمع محاكم بدر بالسجن المشدد 5 سنوات في إعادة إجراءات محاكمة متهم في قضية أنصار بيت المقدس.
يخضع المتهم لمراقبة الشرطة لمدة 5 سنوات تبدأ فور انتهاء مدة العقوبة المقررة عليه.
أظهرت التحقيقات اشتراك المتهم مع آخرين في جرائم تأسيس وقيادة وانضمام لجماعة إرهابية لتعطيل أحكام الدستور والقوانين.
شملت الجرائم المرتكبة الاعتداء على حقوق المواطنين والإضرار بالوحدة الوطنية والقتل العمد وحيازة أسلحة نارية.

قضت الدائرة الأولى إرهاب، المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم بدر، برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربيني، مساء اليوم، بالسجن المشدد 5 سنوات في إعادة إجراءات
