ارتفع سعر خام برنت فوق 115 دولارًا للبرميل اليوم الأربعاء، مقتربًا من أعلى مستوياته في أربع سنوات، بعد تقارير أفادت بأن الولايات المتحدة حثت عدة دول خليجية على الاستعداد لحملة عسكرية جديدة محتملة ضد إيران عقب انتخابات التجديد النصفي. وارتفعت أسعار النفط لخام برنت بمقدار 1.50 دولار، أو 1.32%، بينما ارتفعت أسعار العقود الآجلة لخام.
