بدء الجلسة العامة لمجلس النواب لمناقشة قانون صندوق تكريم الشهداء

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • بدأ مجلس النواب جلسة عامة لمناقشة مشروع قانون بتعديل أحكام إنشاء صندوق تكريم شهداء وضحايا ومفقودي ومصابي العمليات الحربية والإرهابية والأمنية وأسرهم.
  • يهدف مشروع القانون إلى معالجة إشكاليات التطبيق العملي للقانون الحالي وتخفيف الأعباء المالية المتعلقة بالخدمات والمستندات الطبية.
  • يتضمن التعديل إعادة تنظيم ضوابط التعويض عن حالات العجز لضمان وصول الحقوق لمستحقيها والحفاظ على حقوق أسر الشهداء والمصابين.
  • أكدت اللجنة المشتركة توافق مشروع القانون مع أحكام الدستور والنصوص القانونية لضمان توفير الرعاية والحماية اللازمة للمستفيدين من خدمات الصندوق.
