برلمانية: توجيهات فخامة الرئيس بشأن أراضى وقف المنان تعيد الطمأنينة للمواطنين

أشادت النائبة سهير كريم بتوجيهات الرئيس بوقف العمل بالمنشور الفني رقم 8 لسنة 2026 الخاص بتعليق إجراءات تسجيل أراضي وقف المنان.
تعد التوجيهات الرئاسية استجابة لمخاوف المواطنين في محافظات دمياط والدقهلية وكفر الشيخ لضمان استقرار معاملاتهم العقارية وحماية حقوقهم المشروعة.
أصدرت وزارة العدل ومصلحة الشهر العقاري المنشور الفني رقم 13 بتاريخ 4 نوفمبر 2026 لرفع القيود السابقة وتسهيل إجراءات التسجيل.
دعت النائبة إلى ضمان التنفيذ الفعلي للقرار داخل مأموريات الشهر العقاري وتوحيد الإجراءات لضمان عدم وجود معوقات إدارية أمام المواطنين.
