بسبب “إصابات المتظاهرين”.. فريق قانوني يعتزم ملاحقة وزير داخلية فرنسا قضائياً

يعتزم فريق قانوني في فرنسا مقاضاة وزير الداخلية لوران نونيز بسبب إصابات خطيرة ودائمة للمتظاهرين.
تستهدف الدعوى الجماعية مساءلة الوزير عن أوامر استخدام قاذفات القنابل الانفجارية التي تسببت في تشوهات جسيمة.
يمثل الفريق القانوني ما لا يقل عن 18 مصاباً من ضحايا التظاهرات الأخيرة.
تواجه وزارة الداخلية تدقيقاً متزايداً مع فتح 105 تحقيقات داخلية بشأن ادعاءات استخدام العنف.

يرتكز التحرك القضائي على اتهام وزارة الداخلية بالسماح باستخدام قاذفات القنابل الانفجارية والقنابل التي تقول هيئة الدفاع إنها تنطوي على مخاطر كبيرة، ولا تتناسب مع متطلبات حفظ النظام العام، خصوصاً في ظل احتمال تسببها في إعاقات وتشوهات دائمة.
