بطاقة لتقييم الشركات وتأهيل مجالس الإدارات.. شراكة جديدة بين الرقابة المالية والتمويل الدولية

وقعت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية اتفاقيتين مع مؤسسة التمويل الدولية لتطوير أدوات تقييم الاستدامة والحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية والمؤسسية.
تتضمن الاتفاقية الأولى تقديم خدمات استشارية وفنية لتصميم بطاقة تقييم أداء الشركات وتحديد معايير تقارير الاستدامة.
تتيح الاتفاقية الثانية لمركز المديرين المصري استخدام مواد تعليمية متخصصة في حوكمة الشركات لتدريب أعضاء مجالس الإدارة لمدة ثلاث سنوات.
يهدف التعاون إلى تعزيز كفاءة الكوادر البشرية وتطوير الأطر التنظيمية والمهنية داخل مؤسسات القطاع المالي غير المصرفي.

وقعت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية برئاسة الدكتور إسلام عزام، اتفاقيتين للتعاون مع مؤسسة التمويل الدولية (IFC)، إحدى مؤسسات مجموعة البنك الدولي، بهدف تطوير أدوات تقييم الاستدامة والحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية والمؤسسية داخل القطاع المالي غير المصرفي، وتعزيز كفاءة برامج تدريب وتأهيل أعضاء مجالس الإدارات. وقّع الاتفاقيتين عن الطرفين كلٌ من الدكتور طارق سيف، نائب رئيس الهيئة،.
