طالبت النائبة آمال عبد الحميد بإطلاق برنامج وطني متكامل لضمان الأمان السكني للمرأة المصرية خاصة المطلقات والمعيلات.
شددت النائبة على أن امتلاك المرأة لمسكن مستقل أو حصة موثقة يعد ضمانة للاستقلال الاقتصادي والحماية الاجتماعية.
دعت النائبة إلى إعداد خريطة وطنية لرصد ملكية النساء للأصول العقارية وتحديث البيانات المتاحة منذ عام 2014.
أكدت النائبة على أهمية التوثيق القانوني للمساهمات المالية المشتركة بين الزوجين لحماية حقوق الطرفين والحد من النزاعات.
