بعد 3 أحكام بأحقية باحثة في أجرها، إنذار على يد محضر لمحافظ القاهرة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

رفضت مديرة الموارد البشرية بمحافظة القاهرة استلام إنذارات قانونية موجهة لها لتنفيذ ثلاثة أحكام قضائية لصالح باحثة قانونية.
تتعلق الأحكام القضائية بإلزام المحافظة بصرف الأجر المكمل والمستحقات المالية الكاملة للباحثة نوارة إبراهيم.
تجاهلت مديرة الموارد البشرية تنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة من القضاء الإداري رغم مسؤوليتها عن إجراءات الصرف وإدارة مستحقات العاملين.
قد يؤدي امتناع المسؤولين عن تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية إلى إقامة جنحة مباشرة عليهم وفقاً لقانون العقوبات.

رفضت مديرة الموارد البشرية بالمحافظة استلام إنذار على يد محضر موجه من الباحثة للمحافظة لتنفيذ 3 أحكام قضائية بإلزام المحافظة بصرف الأجر المكمل لها..
