بنك التنمية المحلية يقترح توزيع أرباح بـ107 دينار لمساهميه

سجل بنك التنمية المحلية نتائج مالية إيجابية خلال السنة المالية 2025، حيث اقترح مجلس الإدارة توزيع أرباح بقيمة 107 دينار للسهم الواحد، عقب تحقيق صافي أرباح بلغ 27,3 مليار دينار بارتفاع قدره 19,16 بالمائة مقارنة بالسنة السابقة، في خطوة تعكس تحسن مستويات الربحية واستمرار الأداء التصاعدي للمؤسسة المصرفية.

وحسب بيان لبنك التنمية المحلية، تلقت “الشروق” نسخة منه، فإن مجلس إدارة البنك عقد اجتماعه بتاريخ 16 ماي 2026 برئاسة رئيس المجلس، وخصص لدراسة واعتماد الحسابات الاجتماعية للسنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025، حيث أظهرت النتائج المسجلة استمرار البنك في تحقيق أداءات مالية وتجارية إيجابية تعكس متانة أسسه المالية ونجاعة خياراته الاستراتيجية في ظل التحولات المتسارعة التي يشهدها القطاع المصرفي.
