بنك السودان يشترط إيداع (200) كيلوجرام من الذهب لاستيراد المحروقات

الخرطوم 15 يونيو 2026– أصدر بنك السودان المركزي قراراً اشترط بموجبه على شركات استيراد الوقود إيداع 200 كيلوجرام من الذهب، في خطوة تهدف إلى ضبط التلاعب في عمليات الاستيراد وتخفيف الضغط على النقد الأجنبي. ويعاني السودان من اتساع حجم استيراد المواد البترولية بعد خروج مصفاة الخرطوم عن الخدمة جراء الحرب، والتي كانت توفر نحو 70% من احتياجات البلاد من المحروقات. وقضى قرار بنك السودان المركزي باشتراط إيداع (200) كيلوجرام من الذهب عيار 21 كشرط أساسي لإصدار شهادة استخراج رخص استيراد المحروقات، وذلك في إطار سياسة جديدة تهدف إلى ضبط عمليات الاستيراد وضمان توفر موارد حقيقية تدعم الاقتصاد الوطني. وبحسب التعميم الصادر عن البنك المركزي، فإنه “لن يمنح شهادة الدعم الخاصة بحركة المنتجات البترولية المستوردة إلا للشركات التي تلتزم بإيداع الكمية المحددة من الذهب، مع التأكيد على ضرورة استيفاء إجراءات وصول الشحنات والتحقق من السداد خلال فترة زمنية لا تتجاوز 21 يوماً”. ويأتي هذا القرار في سياق مساعي البنك المركزي لتقوية الاحتياطي من الذهب وربط عمليات الاستيراد بغطاء فعلي من الموارد، بما يسهم في تعزيز الاستقرار النقدي والحد من المضاربات في سوق الوقود والطاقة. وفي الأثناء، وصف الأمين العام لشعبة مصدري الذهب معتصم محمد صالح، في حديثه لـ”سودان تربيون”، القرار بأنه جيد، خاصة أنه يؤدي إلى خروج الشركات غير المقتدرة من …
