بوتين: روسيا لن تورد الديزل للأسواق العالمية إلا عند رفع العقوبات

قال الرئيس الروسي، فلاديمير بوتين، اليوم الخميس، إن موسكو لن تورِّد الديزل إلى أسواق الطاقة العالمية ما لم تُرفع العقوبات المفروضة عليها.

وفي كلمة أمام منتدى فالداي الذي يضم خبراء دوليين في الشأن الروسي بموسكو، قال بوتين إن أوكرانيا “حققت أهدافها بشكل جزئي” من خلال شن هجمات على مصافي نفط روسية، وهي هجمات قال إنها كلفت روسيا 1% من ناتجها المحلي الإجمالي، لكنه أشار إلى أن روسيا ترد الآن بالمثل.

وكان الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب قال الشهر الماضي إن هجمات أوكرانيا على منشآت الإنتاج الروسية تتسبب في نقص عالمي في الديزل وتدفع الأسعار للارتفاع، داعياً كييف إلى وقف هذه الهجمات، وفقاً لوكالة “رويترز”.

وذكر بوتين أن روسيا تمتلك ما يكفي من الديزل، “لكنه لن يصل إلى الأسواق العالمية بسبب الحظر والعقوبات المفروضة على نفطنا ومنتجاتنا النفطية”.

ومددت روسيا خلال الأسبوع الجاري الحظر على تصدير الديزل المفروض على منتجي الوقود حتى نهاية أكتوبر الحالي، مما زاد من الضغوط على سوق الطاقة العالمية التي تعاني أصلاً من الاضطرابات الناتجة عن الحروب ونقص الإمدادات.

وارتفعت أسعار الديزل في الولايات المتحدة إلى مستويات قياسية تجاوزت 6.50 دولار للغالون، في وقت قيدت فيه الحربان في إيران وأوكرانيا إمدادات الوقود، وهو ما يمثل مخاطرة سياسية لترامب قبيل انتخابات التجديد النصفي الأميركية.
