يواجه رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي المقبل تحديا كبيرا لكسب تأييد الرأي العام الأمريكي أو جذب انتباههم.
أظهرت استطلاعات الرأي أن الأمريكيين غير مهتمين بالسياسة الإسرائيلية أو بالمعظم من السياسيين الإسرائيليين.
أظهرت النتائج أن نحو نصف الأمريكيين ينظرون إلى الحملة العسكرية الإسرائيلية في غزة بنظرة سلبية.
أبدى الديمقراطيون التقدميون في الولايات المتحدة رفضا واضحا لنتنياهو وللحكومة الإسرائيلية الحالية.
