تأجيل محاكمة المتهمين في قضية «خلية التليجرام» لسماع شهادة ضابط الأمن الوطني

  • أجلت المحكمة محاكمة المتهمين في قضية خلية التليجرام لسماع شهادة ضابط الأمن الوطني.
  • أحالت نيابة أمن الدولة العليا المتهمين بتهم إقامة قيادة جماعة إرهابية وتمويلها واستخدام تطبيقات التواصل لتبادل الرسائل التنظيمية.
  • شملت التهم إعداد وتحضير عمليات إرهابية استهدفت كنائس ومراكز شرطة ومنشآت أمنية وتواصل المتهمين مع أعضاء التنظيم عبر تطبيق تليجرام.
  • أقر المتهمون بالانضمام لتنظيم داعش وتداول مواد تروج لأفكار تكفيرية وتدريبات على صنع العبوات المفرقعة ورصد دور العبادة المسيحية.

أجلت الدائرة الأولى إرهاب بمركز إصلاح وتأهيل وادي النطرون، برئاسة المستشار سامح عبد الحكم رئيس المحكمة وعضوية المستشار ياسر عكاشة المتناوي والمستشار محمد مرعي والمستشار محمد عبد الرؤوف قبطان والمستشار وائل مكرم وأمانة سر أشرف حسن، محاكمة المتهمين بالقضية المعروفة باسم خلية التليجرام، لجلسة اليوم الثاني من دور شهر نوفمبر. وكان دفاع المتهمين قد طلب.
