تحذير من سيولة الدم.. مسكنات شائعة تعرضك للنزيف

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

قد تسبب بعض المسكنات ومضادات الالتهاب زيادة خطر النزيف عند استخدامها مع أدوية سيولة الدم.
شددت هيئة الدواء المصرية على ضرورة الالتزام بتعليمات الطبيب وتجنب تعديل جرعات مضادات التجلط.
يجب على المرضى الحذر من التفاعلات الدوائية مع المكملات الغذائية وتعديل كميات الأطعمة الغنية بفيتامين ك.
يجب التوجه للطوارئ فوراً عند ظهور علامات نزيف حاد أو صداع مفاجئ أو قيء دموي.

أدوية سيولة الدم من العلاجات المهمة للوقاية من الجلطات الدموية أو منع تكرار الإصابة بها، خاصة لدى مرضى القلب
