تركيا تقر قانونا لإعادة أموال مئات الآلاف من المستثمرين في صناديق متعثرة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أقرت تركيا قانونا لتنظيم تصفية صناديق استثمار جمدة أموال المستثمرين وتوزيعها على أصحاب الحصص.
يتيح التشريع صرف دفعات مؤقتة تصل إلى مليون ليرة تركية للمستثمر الواحد من الصناديق المتعثرة.
يهدف القانون إلى استعادة الأصول المهربة بطرق مخالفة وملاحقة المسؤولين عن الخسائر الناتجة عن التلاعب.
تستهدف الإجراءات معالجة أزمة طالت نحو 456 ألف مستثمر في 131 صندوقا استثماريا.

أقرت تركيا قانونا لتصفية 131 صندوقا استثماريا متعثرا، وإتاحة دفعات مؤقتة تصل إلى مليون ليرة للمستثمر، سعيا لإعادة الأموال العالقة ودعم نحو 456 ألف مستثمر، دون ضمان الاسترداد الكامل للخسائر.
