تشريعيات 2 جويلية.. الإعلان عن الحصيلة الأولية لدراسة ملفات التصريح الجماعي بالترشح

أعلنت السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات، مساء الاثنين، حصيلةَ دراسة ملفات التصريح الجماعي بالترشح بمناسبة انتخاب أعضاء المجلس الشعبي الوطني المقررة يوم 2 جويلية المقبل.

وجاء في البيان رقم 26 الصادر عن السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات، أنه “بموجب المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 26 – 145 المؤرخ في 16 شوال عام 1447 الموافق 4 أبريل سنة 2026، المتضمن استدعاء الهيئة الناخبة لانتخاب أعضاء المجلس الشعبي الوطني يوم الخميس 2 يوليو سنة 2026. وعملاً بأحكام الأمر رقم 21 – 01 المؤرخ في 26 رجب عام 1442 الموافق 10 مارس سنة 2021 المتضمن القانون العضوي المتعلق بنظام الانتخابات، المعدل والمتمم، تعلن السلطة المستقلة عن الحصيلة الأولية لنتائج دراسة ملفات التصريح الجماعي بالترشح كما يلي:

داخل الوطن:

بلغ عدد ملفات التصريح الجماعي بالترشح المعالجة 788 ملفا بمجموع 10168 مترشحًا. بينما بلغ عدد قوائم المترشحين المقبولة 77 قائمة.

عدد قوائم المترشحين المرفوضة بلغت 31 قائمة، منها 16 قائمة بسبب عدم استيفاء العدد المطلوب قانونا لاستمارات التوقيع الفردي، طبقا لنص المادة 202.

عدد قوائم المترشحين المعالجة في انتظار نتائج الطعون: 680 قائمة،

عدد المترشحين المقبولين 6994 مترشحًا، ما يمثل نسبة 70% من مجموع المترشحين،

عدد المترشحين المرفوضين 3174 مترشحًا، ما يمثل نسبة 30% من مجموع المترشحين،

عدد المترشحين المستخلفين قيد المعالجة: 2878 مستخلفًا.

خارج الوطن:

عدد ملفات التصريح الجماعي بالترشح المعالجة: 66 ملفا بمجموع 528 مترشحًا.

عدد قوائم المترشحين المقبولة: 10 قوائم.

عدد قوائم المترشحين المرفوضة: 10 قوائم.

عدد قوائم المترشحين المعالجة في انتظار نتائج الطعون: 46 قائمة.

عدد المترشحين المقبولين 364 مترشحًا، ما يمثل نسبة 70% من مجموع المترشحين.

عدد المترشحين المرفوضين 164 مترشحًا، ما يمثل نسبة 30% من مجموع المترشحين.

عدد الطعون المسجلة على مستوى المحكمة الإدارية بالجزائر العاصمة: 100 طعن.

عدد المترشحين المستخلفين قيد المعالجة: 84 مترشحًا.

وفي هذا الصدد، تذكر السلطة المستقلة قوائم المترشحين، من الأحزاب السياسية والقوائم الحرة المعنيين بتقديم ترشيحات جديدة، أن آخر أجل لإيداع ترشيح جديد يكون يوم السبت 6 جوان 2026 على الساعة منتصف الليل (00:00).
